Drama Teacher – Year 11 Mocks Preparation (Full-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced Drama Teacher to join our vibrant and forward-thinking school in Greater London (E17). This exciting role is focused on helping Year 11 students prepare for their Mock exams, with the ideal candidate being a qualified teacher who can inspire and engage students in their final stages of GCSE preparation.
About the School
Over the past 3 years, the school has undergone a significant transformation with a major building programme. This has provided us with many new and refurbished facilities, including modern classrooms, two new Learning Resource Centres, and a brand-new sports hall, offering a state-of-the-art environment for both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and rigorous Drama lessons to Year 11 students.
- Support students in their preparation for their Mock exams, focusing on enhancing exam technique, performance skills, and critical analysis.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
- Collaborate with other staff to provide the best possible academic support for students.
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure they meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Drama at KS4 level (GCSE).
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students.
- A passion for education and student success.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
