Protocol Education is hiring a talented Design & Technology Teacher!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Design & Technology Teacher to join a thriving Secondary School in London. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate students across Key Stages 3 to 5 in a creative and innovative department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Design & Technology at KS3, KS4, and KS5, covering a wide range of design disciplines (including product design, engineering, and systems and control).
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspire students.
- Assess and provide constructive feedback on student work.
- Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the department to contribute to curriculum development and extracurricular activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A Degree in Design & Technology or related subject (essential).
- Experience teaching Design & Technology at KS3, KS4, and KS5.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- A passion for design, creativity, and inspiring students to explore the field.
