Deputy Nursery Manager – Full Time

Salary: £120 - £160 per day
We have an exciting opportunity at a vibrant nursery in Chelmsford, seeking a passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join their growing team. If you have experience in early years education and are ready to take your career to the next level, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations and administration
- Lead and motivate nursery staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- Plan and deliver engaging educational programmes for children
- Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers
- Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing support
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Nursery Qualification
- Proven experience in a nursery setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and guide a team with enthusiasm and integrity
