Your Role:
✔️ Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, following pre-set plans where available.
✔️ Adapt quickly to different school environments, building positive relationships with staff and pupils.
✔️ Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
✔️ Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
✔️ Provide feedback to schools when required.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching in UK primary schools.
Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt to new settings.
A positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
Ability to commute to schools across Chelmsford and nearby villages.
