As a Supply Teaching Assistant with Protocol Education, you'll have the chance to work in a variety of schools across Hemel Hempstead. No Weekends

Choose the days you are available for work - Daily, Long Term or Short term available.

Responsabilities:

  1. Supporting Classroom Instruction: Assist the teacher in delivering lessons by providing additional help to students who may need it. They may work with individuals or small groups, reinforcing lesson material or providing extra practice.

  2. Student Supervision: Help maintain order and discipline in the classroom by supervising students during activities, transitions, and breaks. 

  3. Assisting with Classroom Management: Assist the teacher in managing classroom behavior by implementing strategies for positive reinforcement and redirection. They may also help set up and organize classroom materials and resources.

  4. Providing Individualized Support: Teaching assistants work with students who have special educational needs or learning disabilities, providing personalized support and accommodations as necessary. They may modify assignments, provide additional explanations, or assist with adaptive technology.

 

Overall, teaching assistants play a vital role in supporting teachers and students, contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of the educational experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
