Protocol Education is searching for dynamic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants from artistic, dramatic, or musical backgrounds to bring energy, innovation, and creativity to our SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) schools in Wolverhampton. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engage and Inspire: Design interactive, creative activities that captivate students' attention and spark their imaginations.
  • Support Sensory Integration: Help students participate positively through sensory play and hands-on activities.
  • Collaborate and Adapt: Work closely with teachers to assess student progress and tailor your approach to individual needs.
  • Foster Inclusion: Create a nurturing, inclusive environment that aligns with the school's ethos.
  • Build Strong Connections: Develop positive relationships with parents and carers to ensure consistent, effective support for students.
