Creative Teaching Assistant
Pay-Rate: £12.90-14.00 Per-Hour (Subject to experience)
Protocol Education are looking to recruit a Creative TA to work in both a 1:1 basis and in small groups within a EYFS classroom. This is based at a school in Swindon and other surrounding areas. They are interested in people who have a caring and enthusiastic manner with the proven skills to be able to support children within EYFS. The school are keen to recruit someone experienced within the primary sector with excellent transparancy skills and lots of enthusiasm, looking to make a significant impact on young children's lives.
This position is perfect for any potential undergraduates/postgraduates looking to use their creative background into a classroom enviroment, and look to inspire primary children to bring out their creative side, as well as assisting the children in core subjects within the curriculum.
Position: Part-Time (3 days a week)
Temporary role with the view to becoming Permanent
Location: Swindon
Start-Time: June 2024
The successful candidate will have:
- Clear leadership skills and confident in reporting back to the class teacher, parents, and outside agencies if needed.
- Having the initiative to meet the child’s needs.
- Proven adaptability and work as part of a team within the school and with the class teacher.
- Previous suitable experience working with SEN children.
