Job Duties:

  • Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering creative lessons
  • Support students in their learning, providing assistance as needed
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development of educational resources
  • Engage with students in a compassionate and empathetic manner

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team

Education:

Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications

Experience:

Experience in supporting students' learning

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of educational best practises
  • Ability to engage with students effectively
  • Good organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Additional training in special educational needs (SEN)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
