Job Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering creative lessons
- Support students in their learning, providing assistance as needed
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the development of educational resources
- Engage with students in a compassionate and empathetic manner
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
Experience:
Experience in supporting students' learning
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of educational best practises
- Ability to engage with students effectively
- Good organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching Assistant qualification
- Additional training in special educational needs (SEN)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
