Job Duties:

The Creative Teaching Assistant (TA) will support classroom activities, assist in the development of lesson plans, provide creative input for educational projects, and offer individualised support to students. They will collaborate with teachers to create engaging learning experiences and help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Required Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in an educational setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

- Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications

Experience:

- Previous experience working with children or young people

Knowledge and Skills:

- Understanding of educational principles

- Ability to inspire and motivate students

Preferred Qualifications:

- Teaching Assistant certification

- Additional training in creative education

Working Conditions:

- Fast-paced classroom environment

- Interaction with students and other educational staff

- Potential for additional responsibilities as assigned

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
