Job Duties:
- Supporting classroom activities with creative ideas and resources
- Assisting the teacher in implementing lesson plans
- Working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts
- Helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Providing feedback on student progress to the teacher
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
- Previous experience working in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent
Experience:
Previous experience working in a school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of classroom dynamics
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Basic knowledge of educational principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working with SEN students
Working Conditions:
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Contractual role with PAYE benefits
- Work within a school environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
