Job Description:

We are looking for a Creative Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bromley, Greater London. As a Creative Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupil learning through the delivery of specific learning programmes. Your responsibilities will include setting high expectations, encouraging independence, and building confidence in students.

Job Duties:

  • Support pupil learning through the delivery of specific learning programmes
  • Mentor students on a 1:1 basis, planning and leading booster and intervention sessions
  • Observe, record, and provide feedback on pupil performance
  • Assist in behaviour management strategies and support pupils in their learning objectives
  • Promote inclusion and encourage collaborative work among pupils
  • Adapt and develop resources for EAL and SEND pupils, ensuring their safety and access to the curriculum
  • Assist in creating materials for curriculum delivery and display boards

Required Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • GCSE qualification

Working Conditions:

This is a Full-Time contract position based in Bromley, Greater London. The role involves working closely with students in an educational setting, supporting their learning and development. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
