Supported Learning Lecturer (Creative Industries Focus)
Location: Cambridge
Contract: Part-Time (up to 22 hours per week), Fixed Term (Maternity Cover until September 2025)
Salary: Competitive hourly rates equivalent to £27,425 - £40,369 (FTE), depending on experience.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of Cambridge Regional College for an enthusiastic and experienced Supported Learning Lecturer with a focus on Creative Industries. About the Role:
This part-time role involves delivering and leading the Introduction to Creative Industries course, working with students with moderate entry-level learning needs. Key responsibilities include curriculum planning, teaching English and maths at Entry Level and Level 1, supporting students' learning goals, and monitoring EHCP targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified and experienced educator passionate about working with students with learning disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of RARPA processes and EHCP tracking.
  • Experience teaching Entry Level and Level 1 English and maths.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
