Who Are We Looking For?
Former Creatives (Arts & Crafts, Drama etc) University Graduates, Counsellors, Youth Workers, Care Workers, Community Care Workers for Youth.
This is because there is a huge focus in Westminster with Learning Support Assistants with these types of backgrounds, you are considered by schools as more effective in your approach!

Travel Across Westminster: Explore the borough while making a difference – you must be able to travel to Westminster primary schools and be happy to support from Early Years to Key Stage 2. There is currently a LSA role in a vibrant school in Kilburn, Westminster, supporting a Year 2 child.
Consistent Schedule: Enjoy a steady Monday to Friday commitment from 8:30 AM to 16:00 PM, giving you a perfect work-life balance.
Special Needs Experience: Whether personal or professional, bring your unique insights and experiences to support children with special needs.
Requirements:
The work is expected to start right away in April/May, you must be open to supporting all ages in Primary.
If you do have a notice period, please understand that the school are not able to wait and are looking to appoint the most suitable candidate as soon as they can.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
