We're looking for Cover Teaching Assistants for schools across Southwark and be the reliable, friendly face who steps in when needed—keeping the school day running smoothly and the learning flowing.

From phonics in Reception to fractions in Year 6, you’ll be the friendly face who shows up when regular staff are away and the unsung hero of the school day.

Each day will be different—and that’s exactly what makes it exciting!

 

You’ll Be:

  • Supporting teachers and students across a range of subjects and year groups

  • Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their learning
  • A positive and proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to support teachers and students in a classroom setting
  • Interest in working with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) children
  • Reliability and professionalism

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
