The Role

Protocol Education is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in schools across Nottinghamshire. We are searching for outstanding individuals from diverse backgrounds to support classrooms in the absence of teachers.

What does a Cover Supervisor do?

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across different subjects and supervise students as they complete assignments.
  • Address students' questions and concerns during the lesson.
  • Manage student behaviour effectively and motivate them to engage with their learning.
  • Provide feedback on lessons and student behaviour.

The Ideal Candidate

There isn’t a fixed profile for the ideal candidate, but we are looking for someone who is friendly, resilient, and passionate about education.

What We Can Offer You

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
