What We’re Looking For
- A positive and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting students' learning.
- Previous experience working with children (preferably in a school setting) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to the individual needs of our students.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to ensure they fully engage with lessons.
- Assisting the teacher in creating a nurturing learning environment.
- Helping students with a range of learning needs, including those with additional needs or requiring extra help.
- Promoting positive behavior and encouraging students to take ownership of their learning.
