Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. You will supervise and support students in their learning, maintain high standards of behaviour, and help facilitate a positive and productive classroom atmosphere. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the education sector while making a real difference in the lives of young people.
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for working with young people
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- The ability to motivate and engage students from diverse backgrounds
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting (preferred but not essential)
