What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Cover Supervisor to step in and support the school’s learning environment. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supervising students during lessons, ensuring that learning continues smoothly in the absence of the regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes and ensure students remain on task during lessons.
  • Support students with their learning and ensure they follow the lesson plan left by the absent teacher.
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to ensure students are supported academically and emotionally.
  • Ensure students’ behavior is managed in line with the school’s policies.

What You Need:

  • A strong understanding of classroom dynamics and behavior management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to adapt to various subject areas and work independently.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to supporting students.
  • Experience working with young people (preferred, but not essential).
