Location: Swindon (SN3)

 

Hours: 08:30  -15:30 (Full or Part time roles available)

Salary: £90-£120 per day

 

Role Overview:  

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the role of supporting classroom learning by overseeing lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher. Your main responsibilities will include:  

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons effectively
  • Maintaining classroom behaviour and ensuring a respectful atmosphere
  • Collaborating with teaching stage and school personnel
  • Assisting students with their work and queries
  • Upholding school policies and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their learning.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different classroom environments.
  • Desire to contribute to the school community.
  • Ability to handle classroom situations with confidence.
