Salary: £90 - £95 Per day

Job Duties:
- Supervise students in the absence of the regular teacher
- Ensure students are engaged in their work and maintain good behaviour
- Manage the classroom environment effectively
- Support students with their learning and provide assistance when needed
- Follow the school's policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour
Education:
- Minimum of GCSE level education
Experience:
- Experience working in an educational setting is desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of classroom management techniques
- Ability to build rapport with students
- Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching Assistant qualification
- First Aid certification

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
