Joining our friendly and dynamic team onwards, the school is thrilled to announce the opening for a Cover Supervisor position. As a cover supervisor, your responsibility will be to ensure that students receive a high-quality learning experience in the absence of their regular teacher. While not directly delivering lessons, you will facilitate the activities designed by the teaching staff and create an effective learning environment for students to complete their assigned work. Additionally, we hope that our new colleague will be able to provide support to students participating in after-school activities, allowing for flexibility in the number of hours worked per week. This role offers a great deal of variety, as no two days are ever the same. Cover Supervisors work with students of varying ages and abilities across all subject areas.

  • Resilience and determination
  • Confidence in addressing large groups of young people, coupled with a high level of emotional intelligence.

This opportunity offers a significant role in the lives of our young people, allowing you to make a lasting and positive impact on their futures. You will have access to ongoing development opportunities and the support of a forward-thinking, successful multi-academy trust.
