Position: KS3/KS4 Cover Supervisor
Location: Bognor Regis
Hours: Full time
Salary: £90-£120 per day

Role Overview
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the role of supporting classroom learning by overseeing lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and activities as directed by teaching staff.
- Manage student behaviour effectively, promoting positive engagement and adherence to school policies.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and senior leadership to uphold educational standards and contribute to the overall success of the school.
- Support the academic and personal development of students by fostering a culture of respect, inclusivity, and cooperation.
Requirements:
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and engage students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across various subject areas and year groups.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to follow pre-prepared lesson plans.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student welfare and achievement.
