Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging computer science lessons to students
- Develop and implement appropriate curriculum and assessment strategies
- Provide feedback to students to support their learning and development
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience teaching computer science at secondary school level
Education:
Degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching computer science at secondary school level
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of computer science curriculum
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience with coding languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Working Conditions:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
