We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to start in September 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiringa lessons to students of varying abilities. You will play a key role in the development of our the curriculum and will have the opportunity to direct school productions and lead extracurricular activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire students.
  • Develop and implement a dynamic curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote sustained learning
  • Provide regular feedback to students and parents on progress and performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching maths at the secondary level (KS3 and KS4, KS5 desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of the curriculum 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Requirements:

  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Has or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to education and personal growth.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
