Position: Classroom Based Youth Support Worker (Bexley)
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, School Hours
Daily Rate: £80 - £115 (dependent on experience)

If you possess previous experience working with SEND students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, we want to hear from you! This full-time role promises an enriching opportunity to engage with and support students in their educational journey.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Work seamlessly within a team environment, fostering collaboration and synergy.
- Exhibit compassion, patience, and empathy towards students with SEND.
- Be available to commence work at the earliest convenience.
- Ideally, have prior experience in supporting students with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing personalized support tailored to the unique needs of each student.
- Designing and delivering engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and educational development.
- Monitoring student progress and collaborating with them to achieve set targets.
- Reporting progress and any concerns to the class teacher/SEND team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
