Your Role as a Class Teacher:
Lead and support your class team, fostering a collaborative and engaging learning environment.
Think outside the box to create personalised learning experiences.
Play a key role in Annual Reviews, ensuring meaningful progress for every student.
Collaborate with Curriculum Leaders to develop, review, and enhance the curriculum.
Raise standards through performance management, staff training, and mentorship.
Support the Senior Leadership Team in maintaining the highest quality of education.
Ensure effective communication and safeguarding across the school community.
