Casual Teaching Assistant

Are you seeking a role with flexibility that allows you to gain valuable experience working with children and young people?

Protocol Education are working with a Salisbury based SEN school for children and young people (CYP) with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs. The school are in need of new Teaching Assistants to support students through their day to day learning. 

Hours: Casual/Zero hours. School would also welcome applicants who can committ to full time. 

Contract Type: Permanent – School look to take on staff permanent from Agency regularly

Closes: Friday 14th February 2025

We are in search of Casual Teaching Assistants who:

  • Are nurturing and empathetic
  • Have a great sense of humour
  • Are an adaptable, collaborative team player
  • Are patient with a flair for celebrating the smallest of successes

Professional/personal experience with SEN is preferred but not essential. To be successful in this role, you need to have a caring, nurturing and empathic personality. A sense of humour goes a long way, and the ability to work collectively as a team and create an engaging work environment for students and staff is just has important.
