We are currently supporting a school based near Easton to appoint a full-time caretaker.
The appointed candidate will take responsibility for the general maintenance around the school building and grounds. The post holder will also ensure relevant health and safety procedures are adhered to. The post holder will be manged by the School Business Manager and have support from the office staff and wider school team.
The role may include various maintenance duties such as: maintenance and repairs, plumbing repairs and painting. In addition, the post holder must take a keen interest in H&S to ensure the ongoing safety of the site.
The successful applicant will have:
- A good standard of practical knowledge of and skills in routine maintenance.
- be a good team worker, but able to work on their own initiative
Hours:
6:00-10.00 and 14:30-18:00 Monday – Friday
Pay rate is dependent on experience & qualifications.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
