Job Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Teaching Assistants to join our team in Kent. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Encouraging pupils to interact with the class and engage in activities
  • Providing feedback to pupils and teachers on pupil's achievement, progress, and any problems that arise
  • Creating and maintaining an orderly and supportive environment
  • Undertaking administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Health and Safety certification
  • Safeguarding training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
