Business Teacher Wanted - Starting September | Enfield

Are you a dedicated and qualified Business Teacher ready to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and professionals? We are looking for a passionate educator to join our team in Enfield, starting this September. This full-time, temp-to-perm position offers the chance to make a significant impact on students' futures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and teach KS4 and KS5 Business courses, including:
  • BTEC Level 3 Certificate and Diploma
  • Level 2 Business
  • Finance Level 3

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 levels
  • Familiarity with BTEC and Finance curriculums
  • Strong classroom management skills and a passion for student success

Requirements:

  • A current DBS check, registered on the update service
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and achieving strong student outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage course planning, assessments, and administrative duties effectively
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on educational best practices
