Business Teacher Wanted - Starting September | Enfield
Are you a dedicated and qualified Business Teacher ready to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and professionals? We are looking for a passionate educator to join our team in Enfield, starting this September. This full-time, temp-to-perm position offers the chance to make a significant impact on students' futures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and teach KS4 and KS5 Business courses, including:
- BTEC Level 3 Certificate and Diploma
- Level 2 Business
- Finance Level 3
Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 levels
- Familiarity with BTEC and Finance curriculums
- Strong classroom management skills and a passion for student success
Requirements:
- A current DBS check, registered on the update service
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and achieving strong student outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage course planning, assessments, and administrative duties effectively
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on educational best practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
