Business Studies Teacher

We have an exciting role for September 2024, for a Business Studies Teacher or Head of Business to join a Secondary Academy in Tower Hamlets.
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Teacher of Business Studies to at least GCSE level and be an outstanding classroom practitioner, keen to bring your exceptional knowledge of Business Studies to their classrooms across Year 7 to Year 11 BTEC and GCSE courses. There will be the opportunity to teach A-Level Business. The school have the opportunity to recruit either a Business Teacher or Head of Business.

Contract Details:
This would be a permanent position so ideal for a Business Studies Teacher looking for their next long-term challenge. There will be a 3 month probationary period as standard with all Teachers who take on a position at the school. The hours are full-time, welcoming students from 8:15am and finishing at 3pm. You will be involved with planning, marking and delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4 as well as be involved with all CPD and parents evenings.
Pay
You would be paid to the National Teacher Pay Scale salary between MPS - UPS on a daily rate equivalent on a weekly basis.
