Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with extreme challenging behaviors.
- Assist students in crisis, offering emotional support and guidance.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage and motivate students to actively engage in their education.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supporting students with SEMH needs.
- Resilient attitude to handle extreme challenging behaviors.
- Genuine passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic situations.
- DBS on the update service is advantageous.
