Classroom behaviour management is an imperative part of being a Teaching Assistant within a primary school.
Protocol Education is working with Watford Primary schools to provide strong and dedicated Teaching assistants to support the Teacher to deliver the curricullum to the children.

Day rate £83.85-£90 Dependent on Experience
The Role:
Keep children engaged and focused on their learning
Bahiour management with direction from the class teacher
1:1 support where required to assist children that may be struggling for various reasons to complete the tasks set in class
Set up classroom and resources to ensure the day runs smoothly
What are we looking for:
A strong, confident indivudal with excellent behavioural management skills
Previous experience in a similar role would be advatageous but not essential
An understanding of SEN and willingness to learn
Committed and reliable to provide consistency to the children they support
Caring and nurturing character

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
