Are you an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant looking for a new role in education?
Protocol Education are working with schools within the Wakefield area who are looking for resilient and passionate individuals to support pupils with behavioural challenges. If you are proactive, empathetic and dedicated to making a difference in young people’s lives, then we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1-1 support for children with specific behavioural needs
- Assist with the development and delivery of behaviour support plans
- Promote positive outcomes for pupils
- Work collaboratively to improve support for pupils
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviours
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and the ability to implement them successfully
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to build strong relationships

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
