Job Description:
Job Duties:
- Provide support and guidance to students exhibiting challenging behaviour
- Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive learning environments
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop individualised behaviour support plans
- Monitor and record student behaviour, progress, and interventions
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student behaviour
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students with behavioural challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
Education:
- Ideally Level 3 qualification in Education or relevant field
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of behaviour management techniques
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training in behaviour support or related field
- Experience working in a school setting
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily in a school setting
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Possibility of dealing with challenging behaviour and situations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
