About the Role:

As a Behavioural Support Assistant, you'll play the role of a superhero, guiding students with SEMH needs towards success! Your mission will involve building strong connections, nurturing positive relationships, and motivating students to manage their behavior effectively. Although initially temporary, this role offers the exciting potential for a permanent position for those who embrace the challenge.

What We're Looking For:

If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact and possess previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, you're exactly who we're seeking! Confidence in managing behavioural challenges and re-engaging students is essential. While not mandatory, qualifications in Team Teach and experience with SEMH needs would be highly advantageous.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
