Protocol Education are recruiting for Behaviour Support within a Primary School in Dudley.
This school is a large academized primary school with 451 students, which recently received a "Good" rating in its Ofsted inspection. The school is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where students develop into happy, confident individuals who reflect the core values of honesty, respect, and trust. The school is currently seeking a Behaviour Specialist to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing challenging behaviour and implementing effective strategies to enhance students' learning experiences in the classroom. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of SEMH and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), along with the ability to tailor support to effectively meet these student’s individual needs.
Role: Behaviour Support
Location: Dudley (Easy Commute from Wombourne, Kingswinford, Stourbridge, Halesowen and Blackheath.)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Start date: Tuesday 3nd September 2024
Qualifications: Level 2/3 Early Years Educator desired however not required if experienced in EYFS, SEND Certificate and SEND qualifications also beneficial.
