Role Overview:

  • Student Engagement: Provide one-on-one and group support to students with autism, ensuring they are fully engaged in their education.
  • Classroom Support: Assist with classwork and daily activities, helping students stay on track and achieve their goals.
  • Behavioral Guidance: Implement effective behavior management techniques to support students in a positive manner.
  • Routine Assistance: Help students manage their daily routines and transitions throughout the school day.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with other staff members to develop and implement individualized Education Healthcare Plans (EHCPs).
