This full-time position offers consistent support throughout the academic year, providing vital stability for students with complex needs on the autism spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Individual and Group Support: Assist students with autism in both one-on-one and group environments.
  • Classroom Involvement: Facilitate students’ engagement with classwork and daily activities.
  • Behavior Management: Apply effective strategies to manage and guide student behavior.
  • Daily Routine Assistance: Help students navigate and manage their daily schedules.
  • Collaborative Planning: Partner with colleagues to create and implement Education Healthcare Plans (EHCPs).
