Key Responsibilities:
- Individual and Group Support: Assist students with autism in both one-on-one and group environments.
- Classroom Involvement: Facilitate students’ engagement with classwork and daily activities.
- Behavior Management: Apply effective strategies to manage and guide student behavior.
- Daily Routine Assistance: Help students navigate and manage their daily schedules.
- Collaborative Planning: Partner with colleagues to create and implement Education Healthcare Plans (EHCPs).
