Autism Support Worker

Protocol Education are working with a fantastic school in the Wiltshire area to appoint for a very excititing and worthwhile position, Autism Support Worker.

Start Date: Term 6/September

Hours: Usually 08.30 - 15.30 

Employment Type: Full and part time roles available

 

The school are looking for a candidate who;

-Believes that every student, regardless of their background or need, can make outstanding progress
- Is rigorous, relentless, determined, creative, creative and inspirational in their style and presence as a leader
- Utilises a variety of teaching methods to present engaging, thoughtful lessons and CPD sessions
- Is caring and has the drive and passion to continue to develop strong relationships and the well being with staff, students, parents, governors, professionals and the local community

Previous experience working with SEN (specifically Autism) is preferred, however not essential. The school are more looking for people who show a genuine passion for supporting children and young people. Your personality and engaging personality will be essential to the role.
