Protocol Education are working with Schools across Hertfordshire, as an Autism Support Worker, making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to individuals with autism
- Assist in daily activities and routines
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with a team to implement care plans
Requirements:
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and empathy
- Experience or understanding of autism spectrum disorders
- Ability to adapt to varying needs
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Training in autism support or related fields
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
