Location: West Yorkshire

I am looking to recruit a creative individual for the role of Teaching Assistant for schools in North/ East Leeds and Wakefield. I am actively seeking pro-active Graduates who have an interest in supporting children with additional and complex needs, to join them both ASAP and for September.

There is a huge focus from Schools to recruit Learning Support Assistants/TA's with creative backgrounds.

If you are a creative individual who can support children in schools with their learning development and special needs, then we would love to provide you with opportunities in the Leeds and Wakefield area.

The schools are easily accessible with fantastic public transport links.

These are specific schools we work with that are interested in creative minded people.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will be a graduate or have experience in Arts and Crafts, Drama, or Music.
  • Have a special needs background either professionally or personally (Not essential but highly desirable)
  • Be passionate about helping students achieve and progress.
  • Dedicated to safeguarding.

 

Pay rate is dependent on experience & qualifications.

We do provide both Long-Term and Short-Term opportunities and pay on a weekly basis.

The work is expected to start right away, if you do not have a notice period, please understand that the school are not able to wait and are looking to appoint the most suitable candidate as soon as they can.
