Art Technician:
As a creative and adapatable art technician your main role is to provide high quality technical support and advice to teaching staff and students.
Art Technicians responsibilites include:
- Maintaining equipment, stock control, materials and facilities in the art rooms.
- Be IT literate to maintain a budget database.
- Build a good working relationship with colleauges in the creative departments.
- Excellent communication skills to liase with Head of Art to agree new stock orders.
- Being organised and responsible for ordering new stock and safe storage of equipment and materials.
- Carry out administrative tasks in relation to detentions and educational visits and to support school/department upon request.
