We are currently recruiting for a creative and passionate Art Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in Newcastle. This role offers the perfect opportunity for an individual who is eager to inspire students and help them express their creativity through various forms of art, including painting, sculpture, and digital art.

As an Art Teacher, you will teach students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, encouraging them to explore different techniques and develop their own artistic styles. You’ll be responsible for creating inspiring lessons, marking and assessing student work, and supporting students in preparing for their GCSE and A-level art exams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the arts and be able to share this enthusiasm with students.

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A strong passion for Art and teaching at secondary level
  • ️ Experience teaching GCSE and A-level Art (preferred)
  • Strong communication and creativity skills
  • Ability to foster a positive learning environment
