Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging art lessons to students
- Develop and implement art curriculum in line with educational standards
- Evaluate and assess students' artwork and progress
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their artistic skills
- Organise and supervise art projects and exhibitions
- Collaborate with colleagues to support interdisciplinary learning opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Art or related field
- Experience working as an Art Teacher

- Strong understanding of art techniques and principles
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with students
- Organisational skills to plan and manage art projects

- Experience teaching art across different age groups
Working Conditions:
The Art Teacher will primarily work in a classroom setting within a school environment. They may also be required to attend meetings, workshops, and school events outside of regular hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
