Your Role
- Plan and Deliver: Create and deliver engaging Art & Design lessons for Key Stage 3 and 4 students, helping them explore their creativity and develop technical skills.
- Assess and Feedback: Provide regular assessments and constructive feedback to support students' artistic development.
- Learning Environment: Foster an inclusive, dynamic classroom where students can experiment with different mediums and techniques, encouraging a passion for art.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Art & Design Department and Learning Support staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Professional Development: Engage in departmental and school meetings to share ideas, strategies, and continue your professional growth.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications: QTS and an Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service.
- Skills and Experience: Experience teaching Art & Design up to GCSE level, with the ability to adapt lessons to suit different learning needs.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for Art & Design education and helping students unlock their creative potential.
- Positive Attitude: A resilient and inspiring approach to teaching, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
