About the Role:
As an Admin Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping the school office running smoothly. Acting as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, you'll provide essential administrative support while ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role requires someone with strong IT, organisational, and communication skills who can work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Managing student records, attendance, and reports using school admin systems
✅ Handling phone calls, emails, and paperwork while keeping things organised
✅ Using Microsoft Office, including Excel, to complete admin tasks efficiently
✅ Assisting with admissions, attendance tracking, and data management
✅ Working collaboratively as part of a friendly and supportive admin team
✅ Creating a welcoming and professional front-office environment
✅ Upholding confidentiality and safeguarding procedures at all times
✅ The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience with school admin systems (essential – please do not apply if you lack this)
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy school setting
