Responsibilities:
As an Academic Mentor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Individualized Support: Providing personalized academic guidance and support to students, addressing their unique learning needs and challenges.

Small Group Instruction: Conducting small group tutoring sessions to reinforce key academic concepts and facilitate collaborative learning experiences.

Subject Proficiency: Demonstrating expertise in specific academic subjects, such as mathematics, science, English, or humanities, and effectively conveying complex topics to students.

Study Skills Development: Assisting students in developing effective study strategies, time management techniques, and organizational skills to enhance their academic performance.

Progress Monitoring: Regularly tracking students' academic progress, maintaining detailed records, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
