121 ASD Support Assistant

Role: 121 SEN LSA

Location: Ofsted 'Good' Primary School

Salary: £12.90 - 14.62 per hour (dependent on experience)

 

An Ofsted 'Good' school in the heart of Boston, UK are looking for a 121 SEN LSA to support a Year 1 pupil with complex needs. This pupil has ASD, they're intelligent and passionate about music however, they struggle with frequent overstimulation and frustration. This pupil requires somebody with experience in ASD support and management of challenging behaviour. 

The role is full-time, 5-days a week. The hours are standard school hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm. This school is highly praised in the Boston community, and is a great place to work! With a great team to support you, any individual has the chance to succeed in this role!

Requirements:

  • Experience working with pupils with complex needs, preferably ASD and/or challenging behaviours, either professionally or personally.
  • Availability for full-time work, and able to commit to school hours.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willing to process one.
