Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored, 1-to-1 support for a student with behavioural needs.

  • Work closely with teachers to create and implement individualised learning plans.

  • Support the student’s social, emotional, and academic development.

  • Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.

  • Help manage challenging behaviours with patience and understanding.
